The Exchange Surgery at Gracefield Gardens

I've been with this GP surgery for many years before they moved to the present location. The doctos have been always very caring and supportive.
I'm very satisfied after seeing the doctor, covered a couple of issues and she suggested a few things so it feels as if I'm moving forward.

I feel well looked after at the Exchanged Surgery. From the respectful, understanding, and helpful receptionists to the professional and friendly doctors and nurses. I like the annual check ups which are always followed through to any further actions. A special mention to Dawn and Vicky, the nurses who show great skill and have a common sense approach.

Absolutely great practice. I’ve recently joined and have had pleasant contact with the reception team, medication enquiries answered quickly & my first appointment with Dr Jack & he was incredibly personable and didn’t feel rushed. Delighted with the result of changing GP practices from a previous streatham surgery.

I have just joined The Exchange Surgery as I wasn't happy with the surgery I had been with for years.

From the moment of registration, to booking appointments to see a doctor and nurse, the receptionists have been wonderful.

As for the doctors and nurse I have seen, it was the same, an excellent service.

This is how a surgery should be and is, I am so happy I registered.

I had to have a smear test which I was avoiding having done for many months because of my past distressing experiences. However I was seen by Vikki the nurse at the surgery and I would say that she was absolutely brilliant. The techniques that she used were so helpful and made the whole process so much easier and quicker. I would encourage anyone who needs to get a smear test done to not put it off and be seen by Vikki as she is in my opinion a nurse with great expertise. Thank you Vikki.

Dr Iman Velgi & Dr Helen Fowler are two treasures who I am incredibly grateful for. Such excellent service and I always feel heard and validated. I have never received more patient, empathic, and supportive care from a GP Surgery in my life. Dr Hipps and Dr Knight are also very knowledgeable and take the time to properly explain things. The reception team are always helpful and kind. The care you all have shown me makes me care more for my health - thank you all so very much.

I recently joined from another practice and have been very impressed by the standard of care and attention provided by all members of the team I have encountered so far, whether that be in person, on the phone or via the practice website. The facility itself is bright, airy and welcoming.
