Absolutely Horrific ! Would give 0 stars if I could. Receptionist has attitude if you ask any question. Horrible customer service. Have been struggling with asthma flare ups for weeks now. In last 6months my medication has been changed 4times! Dr Barker ignored me saying I'm.struggling with symptoms. Been to emergency room twice this week. Was visited by ambulance twice. You care about your health and your loved ones don't ever use this surgery. You can die in front of them nd they wouldn't care.

I received the best care from the doctors especially Dr. Shepherd when I was very sick, I cannot fault the staff at all. They have all been very supportive and helpful with my son and I when I was ill. Thanks to Dr Shepherd watching me so closely and getting ne admitted to hospital which saved my life. The reception staff and manager are also very good and always do their best to assist with letters etc. I was with another surgery before in the same building that were shockingly bad, I highly recommend Berrylands, the doctors really care and want to help you.

I and both my son’s have been with Berrylands Surgery for years now. I cannot fault them in any way. The doctors have always been very helpful, their online service is incredible. The receptionist team are absolutely amazing!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from receptionist to doctor to even follow up calls . They respond to online request within hours , I’ve had response within 5 mins. Dr Shepard is absolutely amazing , he listens , he cares , and he acts accordingly !

I want to Thank the admin team for being very efficient in helping arrange an appointment for my son iand a special thank you to Dr Sheppard! I was a very sleep deprived mum with a very poorly son. He was very patient with us asked the right questions and prescribed the right medication, within two hours I saw a big difference in my son. After being admitted to hospital before this appointment his aftercare with the surgery was amazing! I can’t thank you enough. :)

Very poor. Poor communication. Serious health concern related to my heart - results returned to the surgery over one month ago and nobody has contacted me. It took for me to book an appointment for me to be informed the results need to be referred.

I was also told that a nurse who carried out my ECG had subsequently been asked to leave as she has been offering platitudes and poor medical advice to patients. She actually told me my ECG was fine - which wasn’t case. I think governance of the NHS needs to inspect what is going on in this practice immediately as it is risking people’s health through poor communication and lack of accuracy in a number of ways. Concerning.

I changed over to this surgery after having a really bad time with my old one. The receptionists at berrylands are absolutely lovely, one of them even dropped me to the hospital when I came down with pancreatitis, it wasn't my finest moment but she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of which meant the world to me. The doctors are some of the best around and are always willing to listen and actually talk to you when you have concerns.
I suffer with serious anxiety when I have to be laid flat to be examined which obviously is kind of a road block for anyone checking me over but the doctors and nurses at berrylands have been so kind and patient with me. I'd definitely recommend this surgery to anyone whose looking for one.

LE: After the issue described below, they switched me to a competent GP that actually thinks and not just follows robotic processes. I revised my rating from 1 star to 4 star because I shouldn't have had to go through this mess in order to get decent service.

Rubbish service, receptionists couldn't care less and majority of doctors are incompetent!
They have a couple of good doctors, but you never get to them and if you have a complaint about the rubbish doctors, the reception staff denies the value of your complaint and refuses to log it to send to superiors, asks you to email it to the surgery so it can be "reviewed" later! Someone needs to train some customer service skills into their reception staff, because telling a customer "no it's not true you are wrong" when the customer is already angry because of the rubbish doctor treatment is definitely not even decent customer service.
I bet nobody in the surgery will read this review either because they don't care
