DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR. THE MEDICAL SERVICE AND RECEPTION SERVICE , SELF IMPLIED POLICIES IS SO BAD I DON'T TRUST THEM WITH MY HEALTH. BEEN TRYING TO REGISTER HERE SO MANY TIMES THROUGH OUT THE YEAR WHEN I WAS ILL AND WENT IN ON A THURSDAY THEY WOULDN'T TAKE ME BECAUSE IT WAS 'OUTSIDE THEIR' REGISTRATION TIMES. I'M SURE YOU CANT BE ILL INSIDE A 'PREFERRED' TIME. AFTER RETURNING TO WORK I TRIED TO REGISTER AGAIN AND THEY WOULDN'T TAKE MY POSTED DOCUMENTS TO REGISTER ME , INSTEAD THEY SET OUT DIFFICULT TIMES FOR ME TO TAKE TIME WHOLE HALF DAY OFF WORK TO DO A SIMPLE HEALTH CHECK WHICH I CAN NOT DO. I STATED I SIMPLY CAN NOT TAKE TIME OFF WORK, ITS STRICT!! SUCH OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE, BETTER TO GO ELSEWHERE .

I Agree. Its pathetic especially one of the nurses named Regina. She is rude and has attitude. She makes you feel bad for forgetting to bring a paper.
The receptionists forgot i was still waiting and they started to close up and turn off the lights. I coughed and one of them said “is someone still there?”
Many times in the past I didn't like some of the male doctors, they rush to get you out and don’t really take the time to hear your problems or explain what the cause is. However there is only one Doctor i LOVE! Dr Amy Hutton. She is the best of the best. She takes the time to listen to your problems and gives you a good explanation what the cause is, and how you can treat it what you should do she really does help you as she has helped me on many many occasions that’s why whenever I make an appointment I always ask for her she’s the only one who understands me and I trust her completely that’s why I say that she is my doctor

Pathetic staff and worse service provided. No action taken even file a complain. Not even bother reply the complain. Receptionist Sam is very rude person. No online access will be provided for children.
