I registered at this GP as I recently moved area. I find it crazy how they don’t take appointments over the phone 😐The patchs website in my opinion is useless… I sent in a request yesterday for an appointment and still haven’t received a response. If there aren’t any availabilities for the day then at least state what the next availability day is… ridiculous!

Useless, no regular checkup nothing. When called up for my mum's routine checkup they said they don't do anything unless you have got any problem and they wouldn't pick up the call either. Technically we have to wait until something happens. Transferred my mum again to her previous GP and they did a routine checkup and found out my mum has high cholesterol. If anyone knows where I can complaint about the GP please let me know.

Very bad, went to see the doctor in April, advised a painful condition in my leg, was told I will need physiotherapy. Really what I needed was an ultrasound to find what the problem is, never heard back. I then went to see A and E, was given pain killers and told to see my GP. Four months later and managing to live with not being able to exercise properly; I contacted my GP and advised what A and E advised, asked him to book the ultrasound and got a silly text message telling me to go to A and E... really dreadful service. I will be looking to find an alternative GP.

Total and utter disrespect , was told a doctor will call back yesterday before 6pm, but NO phone call, when I finally got my call back from Aisha Jolomi Usman , her attitude was very abrupt and disrespectful. These people need to understand that they work for the NHS , it’s their job to help people. Honestly think this doctor ( if she is one) should be taken out of practicing .

I really had a bad experience with this gp a couple of times, they book appointment, let us wait for half an hour or more to see the doctor and the end they tell us that we can’t give the jab today, doctor can’t see you . Very unorganised and unprofessional surgery. They don’t care about others time.

I have no complaints about the Doctors and staff themselves as they are all highly professional and skilled and polite.

My issue is with how the surgery is run post Covid. I remember the days when you could actually get a face to face appointment with a GP, these days it feels like no matter what you request, you will simply not be given one unless they deem you absolutely necessary. This surgery has lost putting patients first in their service. The Patchs system on the one hand is beneficial as it is a very easy process. On the other hand you have to share private information and do not know who has access to this information and who is triaging you. It is a breach on your privacy, as it is information you only want shared with the doctor.

Likewise, you do not get you choose your appointment time like with a face to face appointment, you have to be on beckon call to the phone. And waiting time for a 5 minute telephone appointment can be over a week long.

It’s truly scary how much this surgery has gone down hill. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, for just over 20 years now. And this place is quite literally unrecognisable to what it used to be.

Getting an appointment is like getting blood out of a stone. Never mind actually being able to see a GP in the flesh. The system they have now is rubbish, really awful.

I say this with a bit of apprehension as my comments are no reflection of the staff themselves, they’re all genuinely amazing at what they do; always have been. But the organisation of how this surgery is run now is extremely frustrating.
I was expecting a bounce back after Covid but I suppose it’s a microcosm of the wider state the NHS is in.
For the first time in my life I’m looking for another practice and hope I get something better elsewhere.

I genuinely miss the 8am scramble, at least I knew what I was getting.

Worst service ever known. First I got charged £80 for a pre university medical record when my friends were not charged a dime with their GP. Recently requested for antibody test and ended up on 2 blood test appt, taking lots of blood from me- not necessary for a mere antibody test. When I inquired it turns out to be a communication issue..i requested for occupational health records and i was told it'll be ready in few weeks. Only to follow up 2 months later and told there' no prior records....quite incompetence service
