Went here as my own Dr couldn't see my husband and found the staff efficient and helpful. The Dr we saw had an excellent manner and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently

Had the pleasure of speaking to JJ the receptionist today, cannot express how helpful and friendly she was, took the time and trouble to talk me through using the online service, so patient and doing a fantastic job.

This surgery has gone massively down hill! Endless time waiting on the phone and unhelpful staff. Such a shame as it was a great little surgery before.
