Dr H Masud - Sandy Lane Surgery

I don't know where to start. The practice manager, the reception team and the medical professionals are an absolute shambles. This surgery is a stain on our NHS and I have had to report this surgery for numerous reasons. I have actively found and spoken to a large number of people who have had the same awful experiences as I have, and we are actively looking into how to get this horrible surgery looked into at a professional level. The British people deserve better than this. It will get sorted.

the most diabolical doctors surgery there is out there and a lady called jackie on reception is the rudest most horrible woman ever, speaks to you like you are a piece of dirt when all she is, is a receptionist. Dirty, unhygienic place, if you are seen an hour late you are doing well. An absolute shambles, the male doctor is a disgrace too, this place needs thoroughly investigating and shutting down

God help us a shame on NHS
