Dr R K Kukar - The Medical Centre

Simply the worst GP practice I have ever known. Always told to call at 9am the following day for an appointment. So you have the entirety of Shepherd's Bush calling at the same time clogging up the phone line. This has been going on for years. They are useless making and official complaint to NHS as they haven't improved since my last one

Called last month to book a call appointment. I told the woman EVERYTHING that im concerned about in my health (because I rarely check up in GP, this was supposedly my first time talking about them with a doctor). I was told the wait will be A MONTH AND 2 WEEKS. I waited and waited until the day. When the doctor called me, she said I can only talk about ONE PROBLEM PER APPOINTMENT. She didn't even answer or solve that ""problem" i told her during the call. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A S****D SYSTEM.

I’ve been going to this health centre for years and I always receive nothing but great service. My healthcare assistant Hind is an absolute credit to the centre. She’s always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her patients and it always has such a positive impact on my day. Keep up the incredible work Hind!!

Toast ive called from 9am i was 5 th in the que and after 30 mins the receiptionist they never listen to me and all they said is that they have a appointment for next week. But I’ve told them that my son has lost his voice and his throat really hurts and that my son needed a appointment either in real life or over the phone since he couldn’t go school and she said she will only do for next week so I gave her a question so I must keep my son at home till next week since I can’t see the doctor for my son and she made me upset so I asked to call the manager she said no body else works but her and I asked for her name she didn’t wanna tell me her name I would like to tell you that this is the worst Gp ever and the service is very poor so be careful people

Easy to get an appointment, even had the doctor call me back same day. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The service is very poor
I was there at time and I’ve been waiting for almost 1.5 hours because the doctor was late and it’s not the first time.
The doctor was not professional, doesn’t have tools to examine the patient
No hygiene at all( Doctor was examining so many patients without wearing gloves)
I don’t recommend this GP to anyone
I am very upset with this GP

Terrible experience. Making appointments is a nightmare. Dr Kukar himself is very insensitive and dissmisive. Waiting time is ridiculous, with up to 1-2 hours worth. Overall a horrible practice.

The worst GP practice ever.
No answering the phones and when go to see someone in the practice the doors are closed and they will speak to you through the window no matter what weather is outside!!!!
