Belsize Priory Medical Practice

When i came in for my appointment last week although i was a little late the stafff were still able to help me and were very friendly and professional. Dr N Hanoush was able to see me despite me being late and still gave me the time i needed to explain to her everything that was wrong. She was very easy to talk to and extremely understanding and i would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a GP around the area

Really good GP staff are very helpful and considerate when it comes to booking appointments. Understandably, the GP is very busy due to the lack of staff and funding in the NHS but the staff here really do their best. I would like to thank Zena and Dr Hanosh as well as Dr Helmo and the other doctors.

Also a big thank you Dr Hanoush , a very caring , friendly , professional and helpful Gp who always accommodating and respond to calls promptly . Been registered with Dr Hanoush for few years and she is very kind , knowledgable Gp . She looks after myself and my 2 boys and husband who all are very happy with her caring and kind attitude .
I highly recommend my Gp Dr Hanoush as it’s very difficult to find an acceleration Gp like her … thank you Dr Hanoush and a big thank you to your very helpful staff .

I can not thank Lisa enough she went above an beyond to help me. Lisa is super efficient and always ready to help in anyway that she can best doctors receptionist I have ever dealt with that is why I have given 5 ⭐️Also Hilary on reception is very helpful, friendly and professional and will also help you in anyway she can. They are always polite and caring. Great medical practice. Thank you all so much for caring and your understanding 🙏🏼

I am very grateful to all the staff at Belsize health care centre. They have worked hard and continue to do so in these difficult times. I have always been able to receive help. I am usually given a phone consult first but then given a physical appointment if needed. Thank you!

Since my disabled family member has joined this surgery. In less than one year she has gone from a healthy woman at 54kg to now being in a wheelchair weighing at 37kg. The most shameless and sadest part is her GP, Doctor Hanosh, has not even called to speak about or ask how my family member is doing. Not one call. I was told there was a 3 week waiting list o speak with Dr Hanosh, when an urgent email was sent to the surgery about my family members condition. We will be contacting the GMC over the disgraceful care my family member has had to endure at this surgery.
Update: The receptionist Hillary today once again put the phone down on me whilst I was trying to find out why this surgery are preventing my disabled family member moving to a new private gp surgery. This is the 3rd time Hillary has put the phone down on me. AVOID THIS SURGERY AT ALL COSTS. YOUR HEALTH WILL DECLINE IN THEIR AWFUL CARE

The doctor and receptionists are always very helpful, kind and understanding. My husband and I have been with the surgery for many years and have always relied on them for excellent care.

I just want to thank Dr Hanosh and Helary for sending a prescription for my son on time. I have been with this health centre for 12 years and I always received support from all stuff and Doctors. They are very kind and professional.
