Easy booking service, convenient location and lots of availability. Thorough and friendly doctor. Great service until waiting for results...assured by the doctor I’d have my results with 48 hours (maybe even quicker as it was urgent), after calling to ask where my results are I was assured they’d be sent by 4pm, it’s now after 5 and still no sign of my results and no one answering calls. I will now have to wait until Monday I presume. I would recommend as a simple GP service without any follow ups they’re fine - anything else really disappointing.

I can see that most of the recent negative oppinions are about delays in the PCR results delivery. I cannot opine about this as I have not requested this kind of test in the clinic but I never have a problem with any of their clinics, neither this one in Wanswort nor the one in Victoria where I used to go. In general they are efficient and friendly and have big availability even for last minute appointments. The only negative point is that nowadays is almost imposible to contact by phone, you will try and try and the only result will be that you will need to listen again and again a pre-recorded message asking you to leave a message in the voicebox but the voicevox is full so this is a dead end... Anyway I can understand that this is due to the situation created by covid as in the past this was better. We will see in this improve in the future... In any case I don't think this should impact the valuation.

First, they charged me £45 for collecting keyworker COVID test kit although their website states this charge applies for courier delivery. Trying to clarify by returning their call before my appointment, my inbound call was intercepted four times without answering let alone routing it to the right agent. Secondly without explaining further, they routed me into a GP appointment which I had never booked; I was only to collect the test kit. Thirdly, the GP was unaware why I was scheduled and could not find my appointment. Finally in the third minute, I was asked to pay £169 for the kit. I did NOT buy the kit in the end; they still owe me the refund of the £45 for a service I had not even used.

If I could leave no stars I would .. I specifically booked an appointment to receive same day results. In the appointment notes I stated the test I wanted however was overcharged for an additional test I didn’t ask for. I called the clinic quickly after my appointment and was cut-off, I called a further time where the girl stated she would speak to a doctor and request for the test to be amended and the additional amount refunded. I did not receive a call back nor have a received my results which I paid more for .. I would never have booked the service had I known they wouldn’t actually provide the results within the agreed time frame. I therefore paid for a service I never received. I Would strongly recommend avoiding buying any services based on my poor experience. I will be contacting my bank to take further action on this payment.

Horrible experience. Was running late due to conditions outside of my control. Tried to call them to let them know I was late. I Was told that unless I arrived in one minute I’d have to rebook.

When I got there I was told the appointment was cancelled, when all I wanted was a repeat script for something they previously prescribed.

Seems crazy to me that I’ve been penalised for trying to do the right thing.

I emailed them afterwards, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the appointment. I’ve had no response.

If I can get a response on the email, and a refund, I’m happy to go back there, because the doctor is really nice and gives good service. But unless that happens, I’m afraid they’ve lost my repeat business.

Shocking experience. The doctor could not have cared less about my symptoms and basically dismissed me and once I asked him to check something else for me he said I would need to book another appointment for another £89. I would’ve been better off staying at home instead of wasting my money.

This place has unknowledgeable staff who are ignorant of what their own web site clearly states. The only reason I gave it 2-stars instead of 1, is because I was called up, prior to my appointment (3 times!), to be told that they could not help me with my medical care (even though the website states that they can), and was given my deposit back. Yes. They have a £45 deposit for all appointments, hence the reason I'm glad they called and cancelled me and refunded me so that I wouldn't be wasting my time. The unknowledgeable staff part comes from when I decided to walk I'm without an appointment , just to ask some basic questions about their services and was told, by 2 different staff members that they "don't know anything about that" because they are "not a GP". I was merely asking for clarification from services I saw described on the site, not personal health questions. The staff was appalling, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Healthsquare.uk is much better and is more responsive and adaptable to overseas travellers.

Very convenient as you can make booking the same day and see GP. Doctor was friendly and calm. Done blood test very gently (had painful experiences in the past).
Meanwhile due to lockdown restrictions my GP doesn't accept face to face patients, I am glad I had opportunity to discuss my concerns with doctor.
Recommended locations
