There are several doctors in this Surgery who are great - avoid Dr. John Wood by any means and ask for a different one. Dr. Keen is not there to help you and he's usually too busy to care about your matters.

Dr. Keen was reprimanded by the High Court Administrative Court in 2010 for incorrectly offering psychiatric evaluations to Councils via his company NowMedical as a fax-service, without any contact with the patient. He had no qualifications to offer such opinions, nor did he employ anyone who did. Bad doctors can blight lives. Bad judiciaries encourage these abuses!
