There is one particular member of the reception team who I feel needs to be removed from the practice. She has been rude, patronising and disrespectful to both myself and my mother who is disabled and requires doctors appointment’s in person. She has put the phone down on my mother and spoken to her so poorly that it has brought her to tears. After multiple complaints made to the surgery manager, this horrendous woman is still working there. We understand that since the pandemic doctors are overwhelmed with people requesting appointments, but this does not excuse the rude and unprofessional attitude by the reception staff member. I shall be taking things further and sending my complaints to the appropriate persons.

This GP my worst experience in my UK life. Since Im 4 years in UK. One of the doctor who practicing in Cochman medical practice ( Im not mention the name) is too rude and harassing person. He doesn’t answer my questions and he treat me like a fool. I just only 24 year old boy and my old Gp was in Cardiff and they are following my blood checkup and everything. Last 9 months ago I was moved to Crawley. So I need to follow the health condition in here. But in here, he said its not possible to check my blood. I explained my situation like health and family diabetes problems. But he is not willing to do that. Finally after too much requests, they taken my blood and checked. Now they understand Im diabetes person and I have liver function problem as well. He was purposely avoided those days I was requested. So now I changed my Gp.

My rating is below .00 star

Rang 97 times had to drive there to get appointment made.

When I spoken to reception they said your have to drive in no one can ever get through on phones it’s crazy as she is sitting at front of house doing nothing and another one just wondering passed with no care in the world seriously

Then to get told no appointments best thing to do is come tomorrow or go hospital great advise 👍

I see a load of negative comments here, however, the surgery is stretched for resources as is any other healthcare department. Yeah it takes forever to get through and make a triage appointment, but you’ve just got to keep trying. It’s located in an area which has a high population of people, so it will be a nightmare at times to get through as just like you, everyone else is also trying.

I’ve always found them to be polite and caring 99% of the time when I call. Dr. Homeyard is brilliant and really takes his time with you to understand your symptoms, so I’d recommend seeing him if you can.

The worst I have been at. I have been trying to call ages and no answering phone. This means I have to walk to the Gp. They only accept call same day between 8.30am to 9am. The at 2pm.... guess what?

The calls are automatically hanged up!

I would like to say dispite the situation Only LINDA the only person that recieved me , listenned to the concern and did not send me back home.

She kindly requested to be called by the doctor.

Ashamed 1 person out of all team. 1 out of 8 recepcionist work her name is Linda.

I was blessed today after not being answered to be seen by her at the desk.

However, this still a place of jok with patients.

Completly unethical....they do not apology, they always have a word on point of the tongue, just like everything is strategic.

Thanks for reading it I would consider a the comments bellow and DO NOT ENROL HERE!

I am changing soon.

I contacted the surgery late on the afternoon of Wednesday 11th Jan 23 where the lady that answered the phone was excellent she was so helpfull with the advice given. I then attended the surgery at 8.30 on the morning of 12th Jan 23 where I was meet by a very polite reception lady and booked me a triage call. I then received a call from the Doctor who was just so helpful and he offered me an appointment at 10.00am. On meeting the doctor he was so polite, uderstanding and thorough. People always complain but never take the time to praise. Well done to all at Coachmans Medical practice in the present climate you are doing an amazing job. And finally even Helen H had the time to say hello and have a bit of a laugh. It was such a pleasure to experiance this today.

The triage waiting is forever. It just never ends. Moreover, they have now also reduced the hours for triage. The facilities are good, nurses, doctors.good..but 2 of the reception staff are pathetic. They lack any empathy for the patients visiting.

Unable to phone up to get an appointment, and, receiving messages mid afternoon to say that due to staffing shortages they are unable to make appointments unless a medical emergency.
