Cannot understand how lockdown is over but this surgery cannot give appointments unless you ring at 8am?? My Internet is down and I cannot do a online consultation so if I can manage to get through I have to ring at 8am.
For the elderly and vulnerable I feel this is a very unfair system and now needs readdressing.

I can only speak as I find and for me I have never had a problem with this practice.
I have found the doctors and reception staff very helpful and friendly.
I would especially like to thank Kerry who went above and beyond to help me today!!
Things are very tough in the NHS right now so we all need to be grateful and kind to all those trying to help!
Thank you, to you all for all your hard work x

Appointments are never available unless you call 8 am sharp. at 7:58 the surgery wont pick up the call and at 8:01 you have a long waiting time and once its your turn, the appointments are all gone! they refuse basic tests unless you beg them!

If I could give the practice a 0 I would. I have been with them since the mid 90’s and have seen it go downhill so rapidly in the last 5 years its scary. the receptionists/nurses etc with exception of one are brilliant. The practice is dire you have to do a e consult and then wait about 10 days for a doctor to call you. There are a limited amount of daily call backs, but i am normally about number 50 in the queue when i phone at 0800, so when i do get through they are all gone. The doctors are fine when you actually get one in the phone but a 10 days is ridiculous. So sad that the brilliant surgery I registered with has come to this. Avoid like the plague.

0 stars if I could. Unhelpful receptionists. Always need to wait weeks for the doctor to sign off my medication. And a lot of the time they miss out items, or add items I never ordered. I am diabetic and need my medication, yet the GP's seems to have loads of time and not be bothered helping out the people in need. I'm not the only one complaining about this surgery. The whole thing needs to be relooked at. I have sent in 2 complaints already over the past years yet nothing seems to have changed. DON'T BOTHER SIGNING UP IF YOU'RE A NEW PATIENT. They never seem to have available appointments. It's just an absolute nightmare of a GP. Helping people? Yes that's something these people do NOT do.

I was very impressed with how this surgery dealt with my 1 year old daughter. The receptionist was very helpful. I called at 8 am and managed to get a same day phone call from Dr springer who fitted us in for a next day appointment and prescribed something that helped make my baby better. Even though its usually hard to get an appointment. I cant thank them enough!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Disgusting behaviour from the receptionists. They apologised but only after they sent my mum on a wild goose chase for a whole week trying to get her prescriptions between the gp and the pharmacy - she’s a diabetic with reduced mobility. How could they do this?

It's better not to be sick, impossible to get to see a gp. Brand new building for the Kidbrooke surgery with an empty waiting room.
