I have been a Patient at this Practice since it's opening and The Shooter's Hill and Holburne Road Practices are the same thing.
It was taken over by the Valentine Partnership a few months ago and they changed the name from "Shooter's Hill Centre" to "Holburne Road Surgery". The address remains the same:
201 / 203 Holburne Road, London. SE3 8HQ

My regular prescription registration dissappared suddenly. I have tried to reach them over the phone and e-mail but no chance. The place is closed all the time. I really do not understand how and when they work!

The most incompetent GP practice I've EVER experienced. Insist on 6 monthly 'asthma reviews' which end up being a 2 minute phone call from a nurse with a script. Prescriptions messed up all the time, rude and snarky reception staff. Dispite having asthma for 27 years and using the same inhalers for most of this time, they always prescribe a cheap version of the inhaler I normally use. When I complain about this I get told they are 'exactly the same' and when I insist on my preferred inhaler I'm told that I'll need an appointment with the GP before they can change it - strange considering they are exactly the same?!? If you need to speak with someone, you're in a queue for a minimum of 45 minutes. Can never get same day appointments unless you are mortally ill. They often book appointments for you at their sister practice but fail to tell you so you end up at the wrong surgery. The GPs themselves are good, but let down but the incompetent people they hire on reception, which is who you'll spend 90% of your time speaking to.

3 years ago, I gave the surgery a 5 star review. Today, I have had no choice but reduce it to the lowest possible score. I have been trying to communicate with someone for weeks. Today, I spent over 1 hour on the hold. I started as 60th in the que, and when I made it to 2nd - I got a message that said "all of our operators are helping other patients. Please call back later" and then the line cut off.
