We are often given wrong information by receptionists due to miscommunication between them and doctors/nurses. Also this practice has cancelled my wife's appointments a few times at very short notice telling her poor excuses. Note they have deleted honest reviews from patients so you will only see good comments about them on the NHS website. We are looking forward to leaving this area and register with another GP soon.

I have been with Dr Nay Lin' Practice for over 5 years and, overall, am very happy with how I've been treated.
Yes, sometimes getting an appointment isn't always easy, but that is the same anywhere and I feel that the team here do try to find a way if they can.
I've read some reviews about the reception staff and, again there have been occasions, but on the whole they are very friendly, and given what they sometimes have to put up with (I've witnessed a couple of less-than-pleasant patients) and the workload, I can't blame them too much for it getting the better of them.
The doctors and nurses themselves are excellent (or have been with me). They listen, discuss, give advice and come over sympathetic to concerns. And I never feel rushed or dismissed.
I would recommend Dr Nay Lin's practice.

The receptionist does not listen and pretends like she cannot hear you then hangs up the phone, causing severe stress. If you are no longer interested in helping people stop stealing a wage and leave. From all the other reviews looks like a consistent pattern which needs to be addressed sooner rather than later

The receptionist is not caring at all.

The doctor even is warming in my case has not been the same. With a diagnosis of severe asthma with hospitalisation, he didn’t take it seriously . My private doctor had to sent a letter to him what he did for me during the last year… i ignore if it is him or it is NHS but finally, I had to take a private doctor who made the right follow up and provide me the right and the right of medication.

They don’t check corresponds from hospitals, have to chase for vital repeated medication. No dr’s on Wednesday or half day something of that sort. Its very hit and miss, some days theyre ok. Other days they’re not. I have to move asap

I always dread having to call my GP as I anticipate the receptionists to be abrasive and borderline abusive.

Whenever I call, they often interrupt me abruptly.

While waiting for an appointment, I rang the bell a few times as no one was answering and it was raining outside, when a nurse let me in, the receptionist screamed at me and told me off for ringing the bell continuously.

Dr Nay Lin is a good doctor, he listens to his patients but his front-facing staff let him down

Despite knowing my son-in-law had same symptoms that caused my mother’s death 2 weeks ago the abuse receptionists don’t care.

We will get doctor to call next week as doesn’t bother us if you die even a fellow doctor.

Issue here is the doctor doesn’t care this is happening so could be another negligent case here to pay out

Over the years Dr Nay Lin has helped me and my family several times. I’ve always felt listened to and cared for. Getting an appointment is probably as challenging as any London GP, but over the years the team get to know you and understand what is urgent. They also proactively follow up on recurring health issues.
