Dr Anjum Iqbal is our GP. Our opinion about him has changed, unfortunately, NOT for the better especially since the NHS commenced utilising that inane form! Filling it out takes a very long time if you have much to discuss. If you do this will take an immensely long time. The last time I filled it out was an absolute horror and chore. I had some questions I wanted answering, therefore when I added them and it was the huge mistake. This bl * * * y form took me five (5) hours this time. I have not utilised this since. This NHS plan using this idiotic form is ludicrous and stupid. Our time is as valuable as the doctors. The doctors should be paying us to fill out this god-forsaken form. Incorrigible!
