Greenside Group Practice

This surgery is a joke, been waiting for results over 2weeks, asked to call at specific time, they call when I'm unavailable, then I call they answer ane leave me screaming "hello" repeatedly down the phone no one answering, i hear people talking in the back discussing personal information, I hang up to call back as no one is responding to me. Then call goes to automated I'm so livid!!

I was attended to accordingly.The reception i received from them was superb.I was listened to and the matter got sorted out.
