This is the worst practice I've registered with. Each time I'm sick I feel like crying because they refused to attend to me. Some of the receptionists are very rude. I don't blame them tho, maybe they were asked to do one thing and couldn't change their mind. I'll change my surgery even if it takes a train to get there. I don't even know what's wrong with me for a week now, just because I'm trying to get an appointment.

I have been with this surgery since birth and cannot fault the doctors, but the receptionists are very rude particularly the newest one (who still been there over a year) she is very patronising, not knowledgable (which is understandable to a point as they are not medically trained, but it is not hard to write down, ask a more experience colleague and get back to patient, instead she says sorry cannot help you which is extremely unhelpful). I was referred for ultrasound which after going backwards and forwards I ended up putting in a complaint as for over 6 months I was told to wait for referral to be finally told by another receptionist that it was never sent off and submitted. Also it took the surgery 6 and half months just to send a referral form that the doctor had already completed. I put in a complaint and heard nothing and had to chase my own complaint to be told the practice manager was busy! I understand that there is a lot of patients now being registered at surgeries but the lack of after care following having these appointments is shocking. I know that sending referrals and emailing test requests doesn’t take that long and that 6 months is an appalling time frame to work by. The surgery always has there phones on mute and never answer the calls, maybe they should re-evaluate the phone system as clearly the one they have doesn’t work and maybe should adopt a waiting system

If you call no one answers. If you email no one responds and if you go in person the receptionist are like a pre-recording.
Surely the doctors are to blame in someway because they must see all these negative reviews but nothing improves.
Patients only stay at this abysmal surgery because of lack of alternative.
Virtually impossible to get a face to face appointment. If you manage to get a telephone appointment they contact you out of the blue. Maybe they think no one goes to work. No point getting a referral because you never get the results. Called the surgery a few weeks back 375 times before it connected then waited 37 minutes before someone answered.
Please God you never get a terminal illness while you are registered at this surgery otherwise you may as well start arranging your funeral. Come on Doctors please sort out this joke of a surgery starting with the receptionist.

The surgery service is very poor. I am going to share one experience here. Since February I am trying to get a repeat prescription for some eye medicines. Staffs are not sure what to do and they are giving me wrong advice for the last five months.
Whenever I am trying to sort out the issue they are advising me to do something new. Every time I am doing according to what they are telling to do & providing information according they ask for. Unfortunately, no result yet. However, in spite of having all the reasons to get those prescriptions, I am buying medicines over the counter for last five months.

Doctors are good but this surgery honestly needs to change their phone system! Been on the phone trying to speak to someone for over an hour but no one picks up! Or it’s either engaged! My star is only going the doctors!

Very rude and unprofessional staff, receptionist to the doctors everyone. Awful service, very insensitive people. Appointments never available. If you are lucky enough to get one and you tell dr. Your issue, they Answer in a ridiculous way that you start feeling yourself if you took a right step of telling them your illness. They make you feel ashamed as you are lying about your Illness. Very disrespectful and disappointing behaviour.

This is just a joke of a gp. You cant many appointments unless you call them at 8am even though their lines are busy. You cant book a appointment at 8 44am because apparently i should call at 8am only. This makes absolutely no sense and the worst part of all of this its that its not only this GP is all of them. The health system in the UK might be free but you will die before getting to see a doctor.

Worst gp practice ever I really miss my last one but unfortunately it was the closest GP, receptionist are rude and completely careless ,no professionalism at all I can not believe how they can have a good CQC rating,I will be contacting them soon I am actually 9 weeks pregnant vomiting 4-5 times a day, last time they really gave a pill tablets to stop vomits I was very sick, and I had been of sick for two weeks ,thanks God I had some holidays this week which normally you can not take them if you are sick and you can ask your GP practice to explain them and they can get you a sick letter or whatever you might need plus I needed it my baby appointment as I could not even met my doctor since I came from abroad and she is having some eczema, when you call receptionist they said that sick letters and tablets can be prescribed at hospital ,hospital said that normally is your GP who should be in charge of that if you get worse, just obviously hospitals they will get you a sick letter if they do any procedure in early pregnancy unit , I called them having in records more than 200 times this place and they never pick up the phone so this time again feeling sick calling them finally they answered the phone and they told me to do make the appointment though e-consult because obviously they never answer their phone but ok,I done my appointment through the internet two days in advance then today at at 17:30 I called them and they said that still there is one hour left for the doctor to call me (I knew it they wont call) before 18:30 to cover their backs they sent me a message saying that I can call 111 so there is no way to contact your doctor as they never pick up the phones,2 if you need to discuss a sick letter your gp is not able to give you one still I don’t know who to contact with or to call and for my baby the same thing is now 19:45 can someone explain me which do I have to contact with? I will really appreciate any response.
