Best GP service I’ve ever used - whenever I fill out the online form I am always contacted the same day. I have always been given helpful and informative advice and if required, a prescription is sent to me the same day. I spoke to Dr Martin this week who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and directed me towards the best option to resolve my issue. I never have any hesitation in contacting Swiss Cottage surgery

I am changing my GP. I have been having worrying symptoms for almost two weeks now and it is practically impossible to see this GP for an appointment.

You have to fill an online form to then get a phone call appointment, and from that phone call appointment you MAY get to book a proper GP appointment. My last conversation my GP sent me off to do a blood test at the Royal Free Hospital, with its next available appointment being a week later. A blood test! Ought to be fairly simple to do. It feels like a way for the GP to avoid having to deal with you. No real diagnosis or concern.

You can't even call the practice. Absolutely ridiculous.

This surgery has been efficient and great to deal with. They have consistently been quick in referring when necessary and conducting my routine smear tests, etc.

The service is great! I requested an appointment online and that same day or week they called me. The doctor and staff was very good and friendly.

I feel so let down by this surgery. It seems impossible to book an appointment. You can’t ring to make an appointment and even going online is unfathomable. How old people manage to use their services is beyond me. This surgery needs to see a doctor as something is seriously wrong here!

The online appointment request seem to be working very well as you get an appointment within a week without having to wait on the phone. Dr Beck is extremely patient has excellent communication and is caring. Dr Abbas has a positive attitude and has been very good caring for our toddler. In general the practice is doing much better than the average GP practice. I hope this continues and they have local support.

Terrible, idiotic doctors and a very slow NHS. 🐌 So I rang up about burping one thousand times a day. Worried it was stomach cancer. Patronising female Asian doctor told me "You talk too quickly which is why you burp so much" also "google is not your friend." She was wrong as I've talked the same speed my whole life. 6 months have passed and the acid reflux medication never worked. No tablets they gave me worked. I still have the same embarrassing problem. Was a nightmare to get referred to a specialist. They've just given me an appointment 6 months away in June to talk to an expert. Going private which is what I should have done months ago.

It was good before COVID, since then they just avoid any appointments and no walk-in available. Filled in a form and you'll get a reply not helping your situation, if you wish to continue the conversation then fill in another form next day.
