Preston Medical Centre are a fantastic medical practice. All the doctors are attentive and empathetic. We have been seeing Dr Rajpal for over 5 years now and he is fantastic. He always ensures that medical terminology is explained clearly, he listens to your concerns and always ensures that the right treatment is put in place. The turnaround time for blood tests is also efficient and quick. Thank you so much, we are so lucky to have you!

My family - three generations of us - have been with this surgery for more than 25 years, initially choosing it due to proximity. Fifteen years ago we moved significantly further away but have remained with Dr Rajpal and would not dream of moving to another doctor. Dr Rajpal is highly skilled, very effective and exceptionally reassuring.

We've been using the surgery for many years. I would like to recommend Dr Patel, Dr Rajpal and Dr Vruti, they have been all very helpful to understand and deal with condition efficiently. Thank you for your continued service to society.

I am really pleased with the way my concerns have been sorted, specially Dr. Patel, always helpful and treating serious any concern. Receptionist are also good, and always prioritising the appointments accordingly.

Not sure about Doctors, Coz i am never gonna use this GP Surgery for anything. Absolutely useless staff, just want to avoid any job or information. The lady in the help centre had no idea how to answer any questions. I would never want to go here.

I would never want to be, since our experience even to register was a disaster and i am writing the feedback to the correct GP. Absolute disaster and unacceptable behaviour. I even saw the reception ladies just hang up the incoming calls and hold the receivers to avoid calls.

Very excellent service and doctors and staff are very polite and I got my treatment done so quickly. Thank you for the best treatment given to me.

Receptionists are so helpful and Dr Patel is such a caring doctor she really goes that extra mile for her patients.
