Previous review are soo true .
This Morning from 8:43am I’ve been calling to get emergency appointment, ringing from 8:43 to 8:53am no answer , then called again at 8:56 . The receptionist picked up the call to say all 10
Emergency shots have gone . One telephone line and in space of 3 minutes all slots gone .
This surgery should closed down or change to new w administration. Clearly it’s waste of tax payers money.
If I there was an option to give no star I would do it .
Disgusting service .

I have had phone appointments with them. and when I call no one picks up the phone. I have called more than five times. The phone just rings out. eventually when the phone is answered, I was told the GP will call you back. the GP calls back after an hour.? seriously. very poor service. This has happened several times. negative star

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. From phone calls to meeting in person. The receptionist, completely rude and unprofessional. No maners while on the phone talking to Dr Sinha. It is as if he doesn't care about my health let alone want to be there to help me. I was talked down to which is definitely not a good feeling.
The receptionist attitude is shocking to say the least. I didn't bother grabbing her name (definitely did not want to continue a conversation with her) the middle aged women at the desk is definitely not someone who should be at the front desk. Rude and pushy women.

The place is horrible and I'll be moving from this clinic ASAP!

I’ve never had so many instances of bad experiences from one singular GP, from the rude receptionists with their condescending behaviour to the unprofessional doctors saying such things as “stupid as you are” just for asking a simple question where I could’ve gotten a simple answer to do with prescription and when the pharmacy may receive the request. A simple “we are not sure” could’ve sufficed, but instead, calling me stupid felt like the better response? When I made sure if that’s what the doctor said he then tried to backtrack and proceed to say he’s stupid too instead. Dr Sinha was the name of the doctor that spoke to me.

We recently moved to this GP since moving houses, and on the call the doctor mentioned many other things that was just condescending assuming we should just understand everything about how the GP runs with its patient database being moved over from one GP to another (which they cannot seem to do, blaming covid for every stumbling block).

I’m just shocked at how I’ve had so many more bad experiences here in a few months than I’ve ever had anywhere else if I’ve even had any in other GP’s.

The issues are endless:

The application process having issues, the prescription ordering, trying to contact the GP with phone calls, the receptionist response, the doctors phone call behaviour.

We are constantly being led to contact our old pharmacy for prescription history and old GP to retrieve information for them whereas they cannot do that?

The worst, most unprofessional and rude practice in London! Receptionists are incredibly unwelcoming and make you feel like a burden for coming into the practice but I guess having someone like Dr Sinha there should not be surprising. This doctor literally refers to you as stupid simply for asking a question. Slow service, unprofessional and rude. Will be moving ASAP! Do not register here!

Very unprofessional and as the other people said in past review even the Dr as well I took appointment for my son few times about his on going cough for more than a month they keep telling me that it's viral will go away by it self they says no infection or anything to worry about
At the end I took him to the A&E as his symptoms were get worse when they observe him they find out chest infection and start treating with antibiotics.
My advice is to please don't listen to them and take ur kids to somewhere as soon as possible rather than keep listening to them
People saying NHs is free that's why they treating people like this but it's not as they run by our tax money and we should be treated by respect
