This Morning from 8:43am I’ve been calling to get emergency appointment, ringing from 8:43 to 8:53am no answer , then called again at 8:56 . The receptionist picked up the call to say all 10
Emergency shots have gone . One telephone line and in space of 3 minutes all slots gone .
This surgery should closed down or change to new w administration. Clearly it’s waste of tax payers money.
If I there was an option to give no star I would do it .
Disgusting service .
The receptionist attitude is shocking to say the least. I didn't bother grabbing her name (definitely did not want to continue a conversation with her) the middle aged women at the desk is definitely not someone who should be at the front desk. Rude and pushy women.
The place is horrible and I'll be moving from this clinic ASAP!
We recently moved to this GP since moving houses, and on the call the doctor mentioned many other things that was just condescending assuming we should just understand everything about how the GP runs with its patient database being moved over from one GP to another (which they cannot seem to do, blaming covid for every stumbling block).
I’m just shocked at how I’ve had so many more bad experiences here in a few months than I’ve ever had anywhere else if I’ve even had any in other GP’s.
The issues are endless:
The application process having issues, the prescription ordering, trying to contact the GP with phone calls, the receptionist response, the doctors phone call behaviour.
We are constantly being led to contact our old pharmacy for prescription history and old GP to retrieve information for them whereas they cannot do that?
But I've been trying to phone reception as need a blood test from to collect, but can never get anyone to answer phone, this has been going on for a few weeks
Disgusting service especially for the
elderly who's been with practical 23 years
At the end I took him to the A&E as his symptoms were get worse when they observe him they find out chest infection and start treating with antibiotics.
My advice is to please don't listen to them and take ur kids to somewhere as soon as possible rather than keep listening to them
People saying NHs is free that's why they treating people like this but it's not as they run by our tax money and we should be treated by respect
They must need some training and some patients to understand
Almost all reviews are negative I am hoping someone take a bit auction as they need to sort out all this
