Green Lane Surgery

I have been called from school this morning that my daughter is not well and to pick her up to take her to GP. Tried to call the practice from 9 and the line was busy. Went there and receptionist was on the phone with someone explaining how to book online appointments. It was 9:20 when I said to her that I need an emergency appointment for today, doesn't matter what time. She said to call the Hub after 12. My daughter has a medical history and she needs to be seen by her doctor-fact that I explained to her. Her answer was again to call the Hub. I am wondering why I am paying NHS taxes, both myself and my husband if we never receive a consultation with our practice. Not even our child. Is frustrating. I keep going to private clinics and pay for the same service each we already paying. And for prescription.

Worst GP in UK. The receptionist is from another planet, this lady is rude and treats the patients like they own her a favour. Dear miss receptionist: You are being paid from my salary, I pay taxes every month so the way you speak to people just show that you are frustrated and unhappy, go and show your frustrations somewhere else if you don't like the job, don't treat ill people like this, no one owns you anything! It doesn't cost money to be nice!!! I will make an official complaint about you and this GP.

Receptionists should kick off they can't do their job. They are not welcome, they don't want to give an appointment to the doctor. It gives 1 star because there is no option 0😡

They're my current GP and it's probably the worst GP I've ever had. He's quite old fashioned and has been quite dismissive about by daughters mental health problems and eating disorder. The younger female GP is better but I don't feel like they're generally very empathetic

Took my mum to appointment today and we had appointment at 12 didn’t get seen till gone 12 asked the receptionist how much longer the nurse will be and she said the nurse is here just take seat and she will see you soon with very rude tone and was rude while on the phone

They don’t let you register as a temporary patient? Surely all GP’w should allow that

Don't know how they get even two star rating. Not very helpfull try to avoid

I registered to this GP online via NHS website in July. Supports to have confirmation email from GP, didn't get any. It take me 4 days to made an appointment. On the day I came to my appointment, receptionist told me that my appointment next month( she didn't mention that on the phone).I brought registration form for my kids and they was told to put it via post box. They did not want to open the door . I don't have yet experience with the doctors, but reception girl is rude, not helpful. It was very disappointing
