The same surgery I called 10 times to make an appointment yesterday but to no avail. Eventually called through this morning, the receptionist put me on hold for literally 20 mins and you can hear that she was taking other instructions and answering other telephone enquiries - being ignored not neglected, maybe just because I do not speak native English. Just knowing what they are even before meeting one of their doctors as they are not treating you as a human being.

My first and last experience here.I never ever leave negative feedback for anything but this is awful.The receptionist was not professional at all.She was shouting across the room Instead of approaching me as she couldn't be bothered to get out of her chair.The doctor wasn't caring at all, he gave me results and didn't even bother explaining what it meant.It felt as though he was trying to rush me out.Stick with going to moorside,the doctors there are great and professional and caring.
