I would suggest to surgery to improve their phone lines. It's imposible to get in touch with surgery to book or cancel appointment! This morning tried to contact surgery for 2 and half hours and no luck!
Never mind I kept trying every hour for 20 mins - still no luck!. The answerphone said the person you're calling is not available at the moment. Maybe you should let people know on your website WHEN is available to contact the surgery? Or at least have an option available to leave a message and somebody could phone back? 5pm now and I wasn't able to get through your phone lines. Any recommendations how to contact the surgery if nobody is available over the phone????

Needed to get the copy of my medical records in regards of showing it to another doctor as due to my condition was advised to get second opinion. So my first thoughts were to contact my GP. What help did I get? None. Was given different information every time I have called. Then I have been told to go straight to the hospital where I was told I need to go back to my GP and the copies from there! Complete waste of my precious time! I can not believe how difficult that is to get what is legally my right to ask and get... And this is my health we are talking about.

The Most Unprofessional, un caring, rude mannered staff ever. I've taking my mum here few times and each time similar outcome. First time the nurse was rushing us out of the room 4.51secs left to our meeting, though it said 10min per customer.
When I came the next time seeing the reception kayleigh I think her name is, she was there with her Red Hxxx outfit dancing instead of asking if we needed any assistance, seeing my mum situation they still refused to see her.

The reception staff here are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Every encounter we’ve had with them has left us distressed and shocked that such treatment of patients is tolerated in the NHS. One of the receptionists has hung up on us on multiple occasions mid-conversation for no apparent reason. We’ve tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but at this point it seems clear that she either completely lacks empathy and any interest in her job or has a problem with non-White patients. How she still has her job here is wholly beyond me. We know of many others who have had similar experiences with her. Given the number of complaints and bad reviews, why hasn’t the competence of the reception staff here been formally investigated yet?

Receptionist, the elderly one, said she couldn't book an appointment for 3 weeks time!! Funny because normally waiting that long just for the 'phone to be answered instead of being "held in a queue" wouldn't have been problematic. I heard/watched her being embarrassing to a long winded person in front of me, who wanted to give her a pee test, who she repeatedly asked him about, to increase maximum embarrassment so eventually the whole room knew. So I half expected similar.attitude; not wrong. She wanted to know what I wanted the appointment for, then said "no". After I said the nurse in there told me to book it, but that wasn't good enough for the receptionist. She treats it like a personal insult to be cooperative. The "waiting room" is described on the website as a restroom...not with no appointments being shared it isn't. It is supposed to be all about the people who use this surgery not the NHS staff. Put the batteries back in the voice caller. That room is a nightmare with your back facing all the treatment rooms and reception. How can people in a crowded room hear/see a name being called by a person who doesn't even move away from their own room door?

On hold for 57 minutes this morning to try and get an appointment for my 5 year old girl. Only for the call to be cut off when through! This is not a one off and happens often. The appointment booking system is awful and customer care non existent.

I have spoken with Karleen over the phone and she was extremely helpful! I could not have wished for a better service!
When ever we have a phone consultation for my mum the doctor is always very thorough, and listens to our needs. As a daughter of a patient at this practice I would highly recommend.

Update - Been trying to call since 9am this morning to cancel vaccine and its now 11.30. Managed to get through twice, spoke twice for 5 seconds and than the line cut out!!!

Cannot get an appointment to save your life!!! Called from 8am about 60 odd times and each time it’s busy! Absolutely ridiculous!
