Honestly can’t thank the doctor who saved my dads life enough if it wasn’t for her quick thinking getting to royal derby he wouldn’t be here and the dispensary ladies are fab

Friendly and clean

My daughter was due to take her 4 month old to the surgery today but the appointment was cancelled. Doctors refused to give her the jabs as her sibling had a cough. So her appointment was cancelled and she has to wait yet another week. Shes had one lot of jabs so far when she should have had 3! Staff didnt care at all and were so rude. Will be taking it futher its unacceptable to do that to a newborn!
