Overton surgery - 5 star service from Felicity! Very polite,helpful and efficient. It's a pity that her colleague, who I also spoke to regarding my matter was quite rude, brisk and dismissive.

We recently joined Watership Health, Overton Surgery. We have nothing but praise for this Surgery so far. The phone is always answered promptly and the receptionists and doctors are reassuring, friendly and helpful. We have already been able to see a GP on one occasion and had two telephone consultations, both arranged on the day.

We fully understand, especially at this time, that a face to face appointment may not always be possible. But just being able to speak to a sympathetic person makes a world of difference when anyone has a problem with their health.

This surgery is a refreshing change. Thank you!

Just had to write a review after only being in the village since March and joining Overton surgery... just had to say how lovely everyone is there... anytime you ring up you are answered by someone so helpful and genuinely nice. So refreshing after being with Hackwood Basingstoke, for so many years and where you were always made to feel you were putting them out by just calling them. The Overton surgery could teach a lot of other practices on how to treat patients. Well done all of you a real credit to the community.

Very hard to book appointments. Have to wait a month so either problems will have cleared up or got a lot worse by the time you speak to a doc. Diagnosis seems poor. Far worse than 10 years ago.

Having only recently (last year) joined this practice as a patient I was worried initially. I had no reason to be. Always answer the phone. Whole team are friendly and professional.

From what I have heard from other family members in Basingstoke the practices there are terrible. But the Oakley and Overton practice are excellent. You can message doctors, speak to them and actually SEE them !!! Yes I know see them, they have some amazing doctors there that actually care about their patient's
