Great surgery. Excellent access to doctors who care and are strongly community based. Special thanks to the pharmacists and receptionists who are uniquely friendly, caring and helpful. I've accessed many surgeries, alas, but this is one of the best.

The reception team, pharmacy team and particularly Andrea has provided me with excellent service over the past couple of week. I have had a mix up at the hospital around my medication and specifically my dosage, and Andrea has put great effort into liaising with the hospital and keeping me informed every step of the way. She has sorted it for me and I am really grateful. Thank you 😊👍

Been under these doctors 6 years all staff from receptionist to everyone else has always fit us in and very satisfied my daughter struggled with mental health but the nurses /gp/ everyone was so understanding and phoned her back when struggling and so supporting towards me and her dad and still supporting us at this difficult time Jackie the receptonist and Laura the nurse was so good to her and my daughter felt so comfortable speaking to them thankyou all of the surgery Bolsover /Glapwell your a brilliant team and we appreciate how you looked after our daughter and thankyou for supporting myself and Kevin

If your in need of an appointment make sure you book it before your actually ill and if your suffering with depression good luck the doctors are great WHEN you can get to see them

A great surgery, very organised, with staff who genuinely care. I have been with this surgery for 10 years now, I have never had an issue getting an appointment, I have always been treated with dignity and respect. On the rare occasion (once in 10 years) something has gone wrong, they have gone above and beyond to swiftly put things right

I've always found the services provided excellent.most recently the combined flu and covid jab were I was told they were treating 1000 a day. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. Thank you all at Welbeck road.
