Every interaction we've had with this surgery since registering 1 year ago has shown them to be incompetent. From difficulties registering, to trying to get an appointment, to the doctor calling 2 hours before the time they were supposed to for a phone consultation. Today's interaction saw the doctor calling 1.5 hours after the allotted time and hanging up after 1 ring of the phone before my wife could answer, and then being told when we called back that they won't ring back today and we have to book a new appointment for tomorrow.

A massive shout to a lovely receptionist Emma who helped my partner and I to sort out our covid vaccination proof needed for travel. We arrived at the practice late in a day, worried and anxious as our covid passes did not show on the NHS app and we were flying in less than 24h. Emma spent good 30min with us, trying to retrieve the records (we just moved to Walton so the registration had to be completed) then even spoke to our old GP practice to make sure our records were up to date. All with kind, professional and upbeat attitude. We were expecting the worst but received a 5 star service. Thanks a million!!

My mother in law was waiting in the phone queue for nearly 3 hours to book an appointment and then the phone cut off. It is like the GPs or staff do not want to speak to you or just let the phones ring out.

Myself and my family have been patients at this practice for over 4 years and in that time have never been able to obtain an appointment!

Whenever we’ve phoned to try getting one we are told in a very rude tone there aren’t any appointments left and promptly have the phone put down on us, then today my wife actually went into the practice to try to book an appointment for a later date, to be greeted by a very rude and obnoxious woman who screamed at my wife she can’t give her an appointment and would have to call the practice via the phone at 8:30am!
My wife told her she didn’t want one for today day in which the rude receptionist screamed at her repeatedly 8:30am 8:30am! My wife was with a friend who is a patient at the White Practice (who are located on the very same site as The Yellow Practice) and her friend was able to book 2 appointments with The White Practices receptionist without any issues or rudeness!

My wife asked the White Practices receptionist about moving over to them and was told we could certainly do that by registering online with them, which we have since done so hopefully it won’t be long for the changeover to take place as The Yellow Practice and in particular their rude obnoxious receptionist are an absolute joke!

I have painful compounded ear wax and was looking for a ear specialist referral and again as typically usually the yellow practice has let me down by being absolutely no help. Thanks for nothing yellow practice.

I have tried to phone this practice twice today. The first time I was cut off. The second time the receptionist was so abrupt. It appears that you cannot get help here or speak to anyone except the receptionist. Shocking lack of care!

This is the worst doctors surgery practice I have ever had to deal with. Thankfully myself and my family have now moved practices!

The reception staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Before you get to even say who you are and why you're calling, you are greeted with a negative fed up tone from receptionists. One had the cheek to ask me if I really needed an appointment with the doctor.

The main reason why myself and my family left this practice is because of the reception staff and not being able to ever get an appointment. You will call on time when you're meant to call and be on hold for at least half an hour to then be told there are no more appointments for the day.

The other day I was on hold (the phone was just ringing) for 20-minutes, so I went to the practice (whilst still on hold on the phone) where the receptionist was the sitting there playing with her thumbs and the phone was not ringing so obviously they had silenced their phone!!!
