The receptionists are as rude as they come. If you’re not happy in your job or can’t handle the pressure of working in such an important role then you shouldn’t be in it. People call stressed, anxious and worried about themselves or someone they’re caring for and they should be spoken to with empathy and understanding not cold, rude and down right out of order tones. Dr. Refused to see my son and assumed it was viral and my boy ended up in hospital. The place is a disgrace and if wasn’t the only doctors that’s in our area I wouldn’t be going at all. Awful awful place
Was refused rightful treatment because my phone isn't working, was told to 'go home and call in somehow' despite standing at the door asking for an appointment. I might add this was quite an important query.
I offered contact via email and apparently it wasn't good enough because 'the doctor needs to speak to me'. How does that make any sense?
You have a duty of care to your patients... Should be ashamed of yourselves. This surgery needs to be shut down 🤦♂️
When I rang them for myself last time, I had a receptionist diagnoses. Rude to say the least, basically ran out medication that they stopped due to not seeing a doctor about a medication that I will need for the rest of my life, but hey receptionist as you said it's not life threatening.
Discusting the place should be under investigation and shut down.
Literally impossible to get an appointment online, and very hard to get one on the phone, if there are more than 10 in a queue it just hangs up on you, says try later.
Struggle every single month to get repeat medication.
Not very helpful phone staff when they disagree with your point of view, one actually said "I'm glad my shift finishes now, fed up with this all the time" when on the phone.
Communication and calls backs are bad, have to continually chase and chase to get an answer from someone.
Wish this surgery was overhauled and done with the patients as the focus.
