Contacted the surgery last Wednesday with what I suspected was tonsillitis.
I was given a telephone appointment later that day, which was appropriate given my symptoms. I spoke to Edwina who was really helpful and promptly gave me a prescription that was sent direct to the pharmacy.

Just wanted to give a nice review of my experience going to see Emma this morning for a routine cervical smear test she was really really lovely made plenty of time for me went through everything and was just a generally lovely lady so thank you Emma!

I haven’t been to a GP for a number of years and wanted to leave a review for my visit yesterday evening . The reception staff were polite and friendly. Dr.Dickson is amiable, and took the time to discuss my symptoms and examine. Many thanks

Generally a really good medical centre with some great doctors and nurses. Tried to use the NHS app to renew my prescription but it wasn't working so waited in line on the phone to renew it only for quite a patronising receptionist to take the time to tell me I had to drive there and post a slip as the phone was for people with medical needs? when actually in that time she could easily of just processed it. Not so impressed.

I am a new patient here at Rope Green. I had no problem registering and booking my first telephone consultation. Receptionists are prompt friendly and professional. I had a telephone and face to face appointment with 2 wonderful GPs who were friendly, thorough, efficient and professional. I was also sent a text message with contact details for me to make an appointment to have bloods taken at Leighton Hospital, this process was also smooth and easy. My blood forms were also posted to my home address promptly.

Rope Green Medical Practice exceeded my expectations and I am most grateful for their diligence, hard work and commitment to getting it right!

Excellent care, sevice and kindness. As a family who have only been moved to the area for a few months, unfortunately we have had a bad run of late with health issues between us. The receptionists, doctors and nurses have been wonderful and an eagerness to help which is not often found in todays climate. Thank you for all you do for us, its very much appreciated. I don't know the name of the lovely receptionist i spoke to today, but you made a massive difference. My son is currently having a mental health crisis, you were both caring compassionate and showed great empathy, when I was at my lowest point. Please keep up the good work it made such a difference to me.

I have been trying to ring for 6 days, ringing over a 100 times a day and it is constantly engaged!! This place is getting worse.
