Some doctors are very friendly and make you feel like they are here to help and will listen to you, others stick to the time limit and make you feel worse emotionally. The receptionist are not at all kind and friendly and don't even say sorry for the wait or goodbye they just seem to slam down the phone and make you deal with it yourself if a medication is hard to reach you must do all the run about rather then the receptionist. Don't get me wrong some receptionist are friendly others don't really care just want you off the phone.
