Signs say masks must be worn but nobody was wearing then and staff did nothing. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment and some of the doctors have an attitude problem.

I had a appointment 16:40 with Dr a Smith at 17:10 I left without seeing him I was told he was with a patient but running late how is that if you can only see the doctor 30 minutes max and in the time I got there no patient was called to he's room all the other staff I have seen very good as for Dr a Smith you need to get a new clock

The doctors are a bunch of clowns don’t bother with telephone appointments because they basically rob you off. And the foreign girl at reception is as useful as a chocolate teapot

As many other surgeries during this current climate obtaining an appointment was not easy. However, when I attended I was treated with swift medical assistance, empathy, and supported throughout with dignity and respect.

Nothing was too much trouble, from the reception staff to the expertise of the Dr's involved.

My total gratitude to all the staff and Doctors at Elgar House Surgery. Amazing service and duty of care.

Thank you.

Don't bother signing up here if you want any level of health care.

My partner has a life limiting condition and has received the most poor care whilst under their practice. Constant trouble with medications and appointments resulting in unnecessary stress which as you can imagine isn't needed.

There seems to be no way to resolve things as the receptionist are dismissive and unhelpful in most cases and ask you to leave if you don't agree with what you are told.

I don't recommend it at all. Health is not a joke, they should be held accountable for their actions and they refuse to do so.

The reception are usually lovely. When i see nurses for my kids jabs, lovely. The actual gps though, if you are 'lucky' enough for a face to face appointment, are dismissive and uncaring. I complained to which i got also a dismissive response, the doctor 'examined' my son and said he was fine, i didnt agree so i took him to a&e where they were lovely and told me his ears were clogged and sore and his throat was sore which was causing his headaches. Had he been examined properly i wouldnt of needed a&es time for my peace of mind. She also didnt even talk to my son while trying to poke n prod him, so he was obviously very scared, not at all a good experience.
