In my own experience, I have never had a good interactions with the reception staff.

I was kept on the phone for 20 minutes asking for help, with an urgent issue, and the team leader just kept on talking down to me. Eventually realising her error, she just put the phone down and got me a GP appointment. Zero people skills working with the public in need. Shocking experiences.

My wife has experienced the same, on different occasions.

The GPs are superb, polite and effective. It's such a shame this practice is so badly let down by a hand full of rude people who do not provide medical services.

That 2 old ladies receptionist are very rude and out of respect . If i can rate 0 I would . I personally consider that they are so disrespectful and very rude . My case was a very simple . I live in the area and I don’t have choice but if I have choice I will transfer from this Gp regardless that from my tax they get payed. Never seen this Gp again I will try online .

I found outrageous to have to wait up 28 days to ge my blood results printed out. Where in my old GP I got them printed out on the same day, without issues and/or in between paper work.

This is the worst place to get a appointment. Had to do online doctors link which took me hour that was saying go to a&e then I had to called 111 and they was saying go to treatment centre the surgery. All I want is someday appointment my local doctors to get Antibiotics not to pay 20 pound just to sit in a&e for 6 hour when someone in need, needs the a&e service more than me

This surgery doesn't deserve any stars!!!!!! My blood pressure rises every time I need to make a call. Their apmt system is REDICULOUS! all the seem to know what to say is ring back in the morning. Infact i am not going to get started on that!!!!!. I try and avoid contacting the doctors but there are times it's necessary. Spoke to a receptionist today to sort out my prescription as they have
messed up for the past 2mths. She was RUDE. NOT HELFUL AND COULDNT GET ME OFF THE PHONE QUICK ENOUGH
My blood is boiling and I have been left to feel like nothing will be done. Just to add. The gp's WHEN u eventually get to see one hv been lovely BUT PLEASE SORT OUT THE individuals on reception. They are awful. A receptionists job is to make u feel welcome and they r put in that position to help. Clearly they need training

I’m waiting more than 50 minutes some answer. But nothing. And every time how I want to make some booking they didn’t answer or they don’t have space. Or they send me on doctor link where is the same. After a lot of questions he suggested to call the doctor. What!?

This surgery is an absolute joke. Been trying to get some documentation for my father who passed away and they just don't get back to you. Takes for ever to get through on the phone and then you get put through to a voicemail. Disgraceful.
