When I spoke to a doctor once, she was professional and caring.

Unfortunately, due to to the complex online booking process, that was the last time I managed to speak a GP. You cannot book through the phone, only by online form. The form is long and unnecessary, asking for personal details, photo consent and Covid info (despite never being offered a face to face appointment!) If you fill out the wrong part of the form, they threaten not to pass it to the doctor. My blood pressure rises every time I fill it out. Then, you may or may not be given a date for a call back but NO time window. E.g. It can be after 7pm on any day from a withheld number. If you miss the call, the whole process begins again. It is beyond ridiculous - an absolutely appalling process and completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Reception staff are gormless and uncaring - they need to go. One of the better ones told me to email an urgent prescription - it was ignored entirely.

This GP is a failure. They are unable to take appointment booking, nor to respond to prescription requests, nor to deal with admin/ patients communication. I agree with the other reviewers, really bad services.

I feel sorry for the reception staff. It is the management and leadership fault that this medical centre has been very poorly-performed.

Worst GP of all time, I had to fill out a form just to get into contact with the doctors who got back to me a week later, only for me to be able to talk about one of my problems when potentially both could be major problems. The doctor then gave me an appointment which was literally in 30minutes I agreed thinking I could make it but realised I didn’t have my car. When I called back to reschedule they told me I couldn’t and that I had to cancel and go through the whole process again. These guys clearly don’t care whether the patients have potentially harmful problems.

There is some improvement on this practice lately . A new contact number is in use and an online access to the doctors.2 stars Bse yet to use again and review.

My first few impressions have been great. The receptionist were very helpful and the pharmacist was excellent.

The service of this medical centre is so bad. They never had appoinments, plus they had a line to call for out of hours and is worse as well.

The doctors are nice, but to get through to them to ask the simplest question is a mission - you have to fill in a very long online form every time. The reception staff is inexplicably rude and you have to wait on the phone for 5 minutes, even though the hold message says you are number 1 in the queue. Leaving the practice for another one.

Doctors seem good and helpful.

However, the service and access to speak to them are appalling and absolutely 19th century. Not answering phone calls, unable to book phone appointments with clear dates & times and the unprofessional way of saying "you miss our call you need to restart the entire ritual of trying to contact us".

Terrible end-user experience.

Being linked in the same building with another GP is unclear and causes confusion being passed between receptions.
