North Avenue Surgery

After almost 6years i left.... The receptionist is very rude and has no manners. I did make a complaint about her because she is just a person answering the phone, she either needs to go to a charm school and learn how to conduct herself, or leave the job....
We as people have to respect them and we are not aloud to be rude, yet this one individual thinks she can be a bully..... HOPEFULLY they will sack her one day..

The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. Appointment’s run late despite the fact the doctor seems to do the bare minimum and the surgery is closed for half the day anyway, would not recommend to anyone.

I was going to register for this surgery but hearing all this reviews about the receptionist,I wonder why they didn’t fire her?Are they really that desperate to keep that rude receptionist?Thats why she’s there answering calls because no one wants to hire her rude behaviour and no customer skills at all!Pathetic!!!Did not deserve a bar of star 👎

A truly terrible surgery where the doctors cancel appointments at the drop of a hat and do all they can to only speak to you on the phone. Avoid!

We have moved to North avenue surgery few months ago ( my mum is with them for years ) and all I had was a lovely experience
Always kind and polite receptionist and always have appointments for us neither me or my son exactly on the day when we need them

I’ve been helped with various health concerns and the staff are always polite and courteous. Referrals made when needed and appointments run to time. Thank you to all of the staff there.

Rude receptionist not on just one occasion but Most.
Can hardly ever get an appointment with the doctor and when you do it’s useless, mostly common sense.
Avoid! place needs a good looking at.

As others have said.. the receptionists (bar one) very abrupt...rude(like they have no care for your call..your bothering them). Also don't feel I could have received a better standard of care in line with what should be expected given a recent diagnosis of health condition.
