This Practice has put the other experiences I have had elsewhere to shame. The receptionists have always been helpful and I can generally get an appointment on the day, or a few days after at the latest. It is clean and tidy with well marked facilities such as the Loo's and sign in area. The Nurse on site is a true Angel, I was extremely Anxious about having some stitches removed, she made the experience completely painless and put my mind at ease. Dr Adams has been my GP for the last 7 years. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and the personal service I receive. He always puts my mind at ease and goes above and beyond to do what he can to help with my ongoing mental health issues. I would like to thank the whole team for the ongoing support as you are all truly an outstanding example of how good the NHS can be.

I have been a patient here a long time and really have positive things to say about the outstanding care and prompt referral service to the specialist agencies needed. However, the telephone answering time at the moment is RIDICULOUS. I had an urgent appointment to make and It took 33 minutes for the reception staff to answer my call!!!!!! Who is making a profit???????? The surgery??????or the telephone provider?????? One thing I know I will be out of pocket.

I couldnt be more disgusted with the treatment I received from the receptionist at the practice on the 24/08/22. I called to speak to a GP about my more deteriorating condition and the receptionist replied "what do you expect me to do about that" - the obvious answer being to put me in contact with a GP that can actually help.

My mother is no longer with us now.

The distress this surgery staff member put my family through with the lack of empathy was awful. I sent a formal letter on complaint which has been IGNORED.

May karma deal with the receptionist that I spoke to that day.

Nothing but issues with trying to get appointments, rude receptionists, a useless doctor that just googled everything in front of me and the empathy of a cardboard box and a manager totally disinterested in the issues patients were raising. Avoid!

It's nice. I would say the staff is very professional, polite and very cooperative.

My new surgery. 3 times when I needed to contact them, 2 of them were disgusting. Once lady doctor nearly yelled at me for being late 20 minutes for my appointment, but... Surgery was closed due to the break they have for 2 hours every day. Before the queue unload, receptionist checked me in it was 20 minutes after my appointment. And doctor was upset on me, treated my like a pain in...
Second time was ok. Nice lady on the phone, emergency app for child . Hours in waiting room, but I can't blame them for this.Male doctor was extremely nice and very competent.
Third. Just know. 27 minutes on the phone waiting in queue and then ... We are sorry, we re unable to take your phonecall this time. Please try again later. Break time starts half an hour earlier it seems! Sure I LL tell my baby to stop have a 40°C fever for 3 hours. Had to go to East Surrey for emergency department, and first question was Why you didn't contact your GP?
I know NHS is overloaded with patients, but other surgeries are able to manage somehow, but not this one.
I wanna go back to my old one GP surgery, never had those kind of problems in 10 years! How can I do this?!?

I was here for years and at times the staff get stressed as it’s very busy but I always got seen if needed. My doctor (dr Woodward) is an exceptional doctor,he went above and beyond to help me and my family over the years and We must have driven him crazy. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for this man and the care he gave me. I will forever be thankful to him. Miss a angel.

Can't get an appointment for a nurse as they only keep nurses appointments for two weeks ahead. Everytime I phone up they are fully booked and they tell me to call back in two weeks time (happened 3 times now). Not great. Receptionists very nice but system doesn't work.
