Really friendly helpful reception staff. Always been able to have an appointment on the same day via the drop-in, realise this may not suit everyone. Offered care, treatment and advice when visited.

I had my flu jab on Monday!
So impressed with the smoothness of the hole thing!
It's was a fantastic experience.

This doctors is a very bad practise. They have been discriminate against my partner they first said he didn't exist and then said he had no rights as a father then they decided to make false allegations with out being qualified to state what they have done. Me and my son have witnessed all phone calls with this practice and have done statements against them. They have committed slander, breached the equality act 2010, breached my partners human rights and parental rights and been extremely discriminative. They have no evidence and no actual facts of any thing stated to my partner. They also failed for 9 months to refer my partners daughter to a specialist. The last phone call the doctor in question was very nasty towards my partner calling him a bad parent and not caring towards someone who suffers with ptsd and calling him a child abuser, even though its been found out its the children's mother that is abusing the children. Not a very good practice!!

listening to all the moans and groans about the service , and having lived and travelled quite extensively around the world , we honestly don't know how lucky we are to have a village practice like this , great staff , never complain and always seen if you can make the effort of course.....

Horrible place. Called in to pick up medication three times and the staff are just so miserable and rude. A friend of mine had blood taken at this surgery and came back with a big bruise on her arm and was in pain from where the man had been sticking needle for days. Avoid the surgery at all costs.

Something needs to change here... The policy of you must call as soon as we open and you will not get past a receptionist as soon as our list is full is not acceptable. Imagine if you rang a vets and they told you to ring back tomorrow??!!!! You wouldn't hesitate to go elsewhere. No sense of triage some things are obviously more urgent and then people end up having to go to A&E because they can't speak to their GP.

This practice is one to me careful of. Nine months ago one of their gp's gave personal thoughts about my partner because when he rung them concerning his children the gp called my partner a child abuser and that his kids should be put in care. This gp has never met my partner, just judged him because of the horrible lies his kids mother had bad mouthed him to the gp, even though its the mother who is being taken to court for child neglect and child abuse... The surgery took 9 months (and still waiting) for their phone logs knowing dam well we can't bring charges on them, even though myself and my son witnessed this gp abuse my partner....and because my partner put a complaint in against this gp they took it upon themselves to inform the authorities that my partner threatened them even though there was two witnesses that state he did not threaten the surgery at all.
