Like any NHS surgery at the moment it's over loaded with the patients. You are very lucky if you get urgent appointments despite not being a child, pregnant or elder.
The phone appointments are just waste of time. You may never get the results for the tests they would take.
Doctors are professional and deal with you well but it seariously needs more staff or atleast shed some weight to nearby surgeries to improve situation.

After listening to my friends complain about their doctor surgeries I consider myself very lucky to be looked after by Southview and Westfield surgeries. You get yo be seen on the day if it is urgent. I highly recommend 😍

Made me go in withdrawel of my antidepressants cold turkey for being too slow with prescriptions and losing them, I've been in really bad withdrawel for a week and it got a lot worse today. Reception generally rude and I feel very failed by this surgery from every experience I've had
