Kingsbury Court Surgery

The receptionist is so very rude & nasty! Who on earth does she think she is?? She answers the phone with: SURGERY......So very very rude. Tells you to ring back in 6 weeks for an appointment. How dare she! She thinks she a DOCTOR. She needs to be retrained or FIRED! I'm only staying at the surgery as my Doctor is a lovely person. Please look into getting this very RUDE receptionist retrained in customer service or FIRE her! I can't believe that she gets away with talking to sick patients this way. How dare she. I'm so very upset by this.

OMG!!! The receptionists are so rude, it's unbelievable. People go to the surgery because they HAVE to, not because they want to. The receptionist who attended to me was simply nasty. The doctors and nurses offer you a totally different experience but you are already upset by the time you get to see them. So so sad because it is a good surgery

Rude receptionist, l called in the morning for an appointment, I was told to wait to be called back. I waited until 3 o clock when I called them back, telling I got no appointment so far. I told the receptionist that I waited for their call, she answered I couldn't possibly be told I'll be called back as that's not the procedure. Then I asked again for the appointment, she said I have to call again tomorrow morning. I tld her I'll keep waiting for their call then. At that moment she noticed that they called me but I didn't answer (I had the phone with me all day, I checked my call log, and there was no call around the time she said they called).
So yeah, that's my experience with them. Too bad, this makes the whole surgery look bad!

I tried to make an appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude and short with me.

***Update in light of my own experience posted over a year ago on here when I last needed to visit my GP***

A relative called the surgery to make enquiries as to an ongoing matter. YET AGAIN like I too experienced, the receptionists attitude stunk and her tone was awful , she has no compassion and totally unprofessional and this is only a Monday morning!!!!! This practice promotes zero tolerance re behaviour towards their staff by patients, maybe they should start looking a bit closer to home before preaching to the rest of us!!! If I could give a no star rating, I would.
I’ve had enough of this surgery……….I’m going to register my family and I with another practice.

ANYONE WISHING TO REGISTER WITH THIS SURGERY, THINK AGAIN AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The system is so broken. Because of this any Individual talent becomes lost or becomes skeptical. Poorly managed. Underfunded. You honestly wish it was a business in some way and then people that run surgeries and hospitals would be accountable. Personally at this specific surgery there are some lovely people. But you can’t get an appointment, GPs don’t refer on when requested too by other consultants. Nothing is joined up. Like a series of individual shops in a shopping mall. So the GP is the gatekeeper to all the individual shops. And you can’t get through and they don’t refer if you do. Anyway… time to go back on hold

The receptionist are rude, nasty, uncaring and make it very clear they cant be bothered. This the second time this has happen to with in 1 month. I was told I would get a call from a doctor that evening only to get nothing. Then I was told they tried to call on my land line after I made a point of confirming my mobile and confirming that I do not have a land line. It also didn't help that when I called the receptionist huffed and puffed on the line and said fine I'll get the doctor from Extended hours to call you. Unsurprisingly I am still waiting. Also when asking for advice on why my prescription was not done as the doctor said he would do over 1 week ago the receptionist kept putting me on hold mide sentence with no warning. Receptionist you are the front line if you don't like your job please do use all a favour and work in a field more suited to rude uncaring people. I have been registered here for over 40 years I thought things were bad but the last month has been hell. Train your staff or get new receptionists help your patiens.

Receptionists are rude.. I called up for a appointment in the morning was told they don’t have any left call bk at 1pm. I called at 1pm to get told there are no appointments and to call bk on Monday. Receptionist didn’t even care to ask me what the problem, show empathy or sympathise with me. The tone of voice showed no care in the world! Kingsbury court surgery train your staff!!!!

Absolutely useless, with illtrained and rude staff with no clue whats going on. GP dont see anyone, my son’s been sick for 3 months and they keep doing phone consultation and keep experimenting with medicines. No ones bothers to do a face to face appointment.
