Always patient with clients and taking their time to fully explain any questions or queries you may have. Staff is always polite, professional, caring and welcoming. I recently signed up to the online access service and this is great as it gives me easy access to the surgery appointment booking system as well as full access of my records and other services. Very busy medical practice. Reception staff polite and extremely helpful, in spite of the excess pressures of anxious and, at times, rude patients. Same day appointments available, but should call first thing as they are filled quickly.
All staff, medical, nursing and health care staff are helpful and proffesional wilst maintaining empathy and humanity.
I consider myself fortunate to have found a medical practice that "tick all the boxes".

Over the years this surgery has given me excellent care and attention. All my medical issues and there are many have been well managed. I would highly recomend this surgery.

Used to be good .
Now terrible .
Can't get appointments .when u can they are hour late or just txt to say cancelled.
No play area for children .. to many patients not enough seats .
General chaos
