Still waiting for the call back service after two weeks. Would not reccomend. Moved here as I was told they were very good. Very disappointed as I rarely use a doctors unless completely necessary.

Very rarely needed the doctor throughout my life, so haven't much of a medical history. Recently attempted to access a doctor, only to be farmed out to a walk in centre 30 hours later. Because my own doctors cannot run an efficient service I was subjected to 7 hours in A&E. The only reason I have given 3stars is because of current problems that all practices are experiencing. One more thing, are receptionists also doctors?

Had to visit Park Medical recently due to a colitis flare. Used the online triage system initially, I much prefer this system to ringing up, definitely a positive. Eventually had to see the doctors in person and I received excellent care from both Dr Chudyk and Dr Patel. Thank you.

Very poor service and unhelpful! Having waited more that 10 minutes on hold, I was told that the surgery was 'not allowed' to book patient appointments, I was instructed to make the appointment via the PMC website triage form, also informed that this system was presently unavailable to patients and to try the website tomorrow. When I asked for the PMC web address I was told to find it on Google! How difficult and time consuming should it be to make an appointment with a doctor ? How obstructive should a surgery appointment protocol and systems be?

Slow to answer phone calls, reluctant to take customers and incorrectly prioritising ailments weeks now been trying get seen by local doctors so can be referred to the actually hospital for decaded teeth due to cancer treatment, have been met with hostile treatment over phone and a wait which is un-acceptable worst doctors in leek. Do not recommend

Where do I start I’m changing docs after 33 years of absolute mistreatments 9 years ago kept getting told I have ibs send me home to find out 2 years later I have cancer been in my bowel years and me appendix were leaking for months and caused mucas cancer one receptionist who was as rude as hell today 6/10/22 I told her my issues to be rudely told you need get treatment elsewhere when They already know I can’t this place used to be amazing years ago (when I was little girl) but now I’m changing doctors absolutely fed up with it make me wait nearly week for appointment to be told I won’t be emergency as I would already be in hospital that’s what I want a referral letter so I’m not sat in a and e in pain but how rude

Very hard, no response from the front desk through the call, she just hanged my call during the conversation with saying anything. Very upset. This is important for us as a patient may not that person bcz pain is for us.

I rung 2 weeks ago and spoke to a very nice GP I am a fulltime carer for my 90 year old dad there is no one else to look after him I asked the GP about eligibility for the covid Jab who asked the receptionist to make sure I got it as soon as in category 6...when I heard nothing I called back to be told by a very rude receptionist I had been out back to a category 8 and if I needed to be a 6 I needed to send in proof!!!! I am just putting together my dads dirty washing is that proof enough disgraceful attitude I have very high blood pressure and asthma so thanks Park Medical.
