Dr Bird is a caring and compassionate doctor, who always makes time to listen to his patients

Such a great doctors every one working their are kind and caring Dr Bird is so nice and the other doctors nurses and receptionist nothing is too much trouble.

Brilliant doctors,staff are helpful,polite and the doctors see you very quick

Every member of staff in the practice are amazing and so kind! It’s a breath of fresh air being in a doctors that go above and beyond to get you the best care!

I just change the surgery and am so pleased. Would recommend it!

Staff are lovely, Dr Bird is a rare gem- so compassionate and understanding. Myself and my children are fairly new to the surgery and have to say it is the best move I have made. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. X

Receptionists here are extremely rude and wouldn't give me a registration form despite me being in the catchment area. It's 1.3 miles from where I live. Can't believe how stuck up and rude they are. They basically scoffed at me in a mocking way. I also left a bad review on the NHS website.
I think they need to find a different profession away from the healthcare sector as they should know better and learn to treat people with kindness and respect.
I honestly felt discriminated against because of my accent. It's the only reason I can come up with.
I currently need to register with a new Doctors and struggle with anxiety so to say I'm disgusted is an understatement.
