Can't fault them in here, yes they do get busy and yes there maybe a wait sometimes but with ample parking, disabled access and more they do what they can with what they have they cover most accidents pretty quickly and they cannot help it if there is a delay, please be patient they are only human.

The team at this practice are ultra professional,and everything they do puts the patients health first.
It is a credit to Fleetwood and the care that has been shown to my wife and I is unrivalled

Plenty parking around the back. Very few people in the centre when I went. A good level of social distancing in place and adhered to. Staff are welcoming and helpful. I attended for an ultra sound scan. I think I'd rather come here thab go to Victoria Hospital in Blackpool. My only gripe was, having parked out front, the front doors were locked and not being uses so I had to walk a long way round to the back doors.

I had to rush my wife up to the walk in centre with a very bad ear infection, as our doctor was useless. No appointment just went in, got seen to in 15 mins. The staff and nurses was fantastic. With 10 mins had an appointment to shoot up the Victoria hospital to ENT as her infection was that bad. Sorted at Vic. 👏👏 fantastic NHS.

Easy access and parking but the reception is open for all to hear your problems

Visited today with horrendous ear infection. From the receptionist, clinician and pharmacy best service I've had from NHS in a long time. Spotlessly clean building, polite and knowledgeable staff. Can't praise it enough!!!

Was wrongly sent away, wasn't swabbed or given any medication or nothing for my suspected tonsillitis.

Got worse and worse so now I need to make an urgent care appointment.

Excellent attention from Dr Otto.Thorough exam with genuine concern and listened.
Appointment easily made and future action put in place for GP.
