Lathom House Surgery

We have been with this practice since we returned to the NW some years ago and my husband and I have had excellent service. Only good things to say about the level of care from the GPs here. Wait times, for hospital appointments after referral is another matter, but this as a national issue and no reflection on the staff at Lathom House.

I have been with this practice all my life and have seen dr's come and go and reception staff come and go but I have to say that the care you get and compassion you get is second to none. Highly recommend this practice for all your family and all medical needs. Thank you for your continued fantastic service.

62 attempts today to try to get and answer on telephone. Thats after trying for week. Had a cold for two weeks and now on my chest. Finally got an answer on 63 attempts... you guest it, No appointments. Go hospital.
Told reception ill go undertakers and work back from there. May need a new doctors. Shame after 25years.
