Doctor listened. Very important to me as have been fobbed off or rushed in the past. Doctor chasing up hospital appointments as I cannot get through after more than 17 months. Issues dealt with efficiently and new medication provided

Supposed to have phone consultation. Came home early from work. Got text message saying there is a prescription in chemist for me

I’ve got a lifelong gastro autoimmune illness, and years of immunosuppressant medication have caused osteoporosis (thinning of bones). My GI consultant has corresponded with Rawson GP who have told them to add stronger Vit D3 and an iron deficiency medication to my repeat prescription which I desperately need due to the deterioration with my health currently. And Rawson are refusing to commence supplying me with these medications. Absolutely disgraceful. I’m utterly appalled as a new patient it is shocking!

Sam is a nurse at this surgery and is always professional polite and caring I went for my flu jab today Wednesday 26th of October and it was done quickly and painless thank you Sam.

Fast efficient service, booked flu jab attended was called through on time spoke to professional nurse Sam who is very friendly and approachable.

Nurse was very nice good people to talk to and reception was very helpful indeed

The nurse was great with the little one for his flu jab.
