Helpful and friendly staff, I don't know how they remain so calm with some very stressed people in front of them!

My wife called the surgery today regarding an eye issue, the receptionist responded with ‘we don’t do eyes’. Thankfully there is a very professional clinic with helpful receptionists in Henley, who were more than happy to examine and treat my wife’s eye. The response from our local survey, I believe, was disgraceful and merely passed a registered patient on to another NHS service. I look forward to the list of body parts we do cover on the Chiltern Surgery website.
