Rude receptionists reply was “so what?” when I said “my signal just went when I was speaking to the doctor on the phone”
I simply thought I would pop in to explain the situation.
Allowing for the fact everyone must be overworked at the moment is the reason for 2 stars not 1.
Doctors brilliant, receptionists need some customer service training

Dr. Alkahdi has been absolutely wonderful. She has put my anxious mind at ease and really heard me out and listened to my needs. The receptionists were lovely both on the phone and in person. Masks currently required and sanitiser readily available. Did not wait long despite running a little behind and had an appointment the same day I called. Great surgery.

Just kicked off the registration process today and got through easily to a lovely helpful receptionist (Anita) what a pleasant change from our previous GP

Very Rude receptionist had to wait over 20 minutes for the phone to be answered to order emergency prescription, was told it should have been ordered 5 days in advance, even though explained the situation of my child been in hospital in Birmingham her response well its not her job to know when it needs reordering. As if i said it was!!! love the fact the phone message says be polite to staff etc but SHE cant do her job and be kind and polite back!

I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. Every member of the team I have had contact with since I've been with the practice has been excellent. The reception staff have always been helpful, polite and understanding and I cannot understand the negative reviews. Thank you all.n

Eight years I’ve lived here and the staff and doctors are simply exemplory, nothing is any trouble. It’s not till I hear what my sister has to put up with in Devon that make me feel truly blessed belonging to college way surgery.

Rude, aggressive and abrupt receptionist called Rachael. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone like her before, these guys don’t understand that when people call GPs it’s because they need to it’s not because they want to! They show absolutely no empathy!
Brilliant doctors and nurses though! But such a shame

Doctors and nurses are amazing and go above abd beyond. The receptionists on the other hand are rude, dismissive and have even laughed when I said I waited on hold for 38 minutes. This is just unacceptable I've only been with the surgery for a year abd never complain but I can't recommend this surgery if they refuse to acknowledge their front of house isn't respectful professional or at the very least professional.
