Been trying to get through to the surgery for 3 days, been
Phoning from 8am but no answer, went down to surgery for 8.30am the women came out & said there were no appointments available. There nobody in car park apart another desperate man trying to get through. I sent email but as yet no reply. While trying to get an appointment either by phone or in person, I am still feeling unwell & need to get sorted. Also phone number on surgery door was missing a number. Very upset, disappointed & frustrated patient. Not at all happy with surgery.

So shocked and disappointed with the way they treated my 90 year old mother! I have in writing the conversation between a fast response lady from 999 call by me, the ambulance team could see how in pain with her back to move her to hospital for a drug she needed for her heart, the surgery spoke to fast response agreed the doctor would visit my mother in the afternoon or prescribe the drug, after 2 hours of waiting l couldn't get through on the phone in desperation l drove to the surgery. I WAS THEN TOLD AT THE DOOR, NO THE DOCTOR IS NOT COMING OUT OR PRESCRIBING THE DRUG,! I was left in tears my only option to call 999 again, my mother had to wait 17 hours for the ambulance to take her to hospital!
So far l have had no apology or explanation to why l was lied to?

Terrible doctors surgery. You cannot get an appointment for love nor money. Very unhelpful receptionists that refer any query to A & E rather than attempting to find an appointment. We have tried twice in the last week to get an appointment for our baby with no luck.

The appointment booking system needs a real review as you cannot ever get through by phone to book an appointment (which is apparently the only way you can get one!) When the staff were asked about this they could not answer how we were supposed to get an appointment for our poorly child.

Avoid this doctors at all costs!!!!

Shocking phone system - near to impossible to get through and if u do chances are that there no appointments. Put 3 stars because they do call back if something serious and for children . Once you get inside past the phone calls , doctors are actually good

If I could I would give 0 stars. Trying to get through to make an appointment is impossible. I started calling at 7:59am (so a minute before they even opened), 40 minutes later I'm still trying to get through and I have dialled 312 times. Absolutely disgusting service, I know other people's surgeries aren't like this or as bad as this. I'm considering moving due to this. What a joke and not acceptable. Plus the inly nice receptionist who is helpful and supportive is Julia. The rest are very blunt and rude.

My mum called this week and was number 5 in the queue. An HOUR later, when she finally hung up she was number 3! Who is accountable for the atrocious way this practice is run? I'd be dismissed from my role at work if I was this incompetent.

Very poor tried ringing for an appointment 8am this morning for 10 minutes can’t get through. And that the only time of day I can ring in as that’s the only time I can before work. Never use to be like this. Bring back to old days when you can walk in and make an appointment where you can pick one in the week. Not on the day I would like to give a minus star but Google don’t have one 😕

You can never get through to make an appointment via telephone and if you have a patient access login... the telephone consultation slots stop showing up on the booking tab if you don't log in after a week or so. How do you ever get an appointment it is a joke.
