The Ilchester Surgery

Hopeless. Always different doctors.
This morning I was calling their number to book an appointment, stayed on the line for 30min but still no answer! I had to drive in to make an appointment ! Got there, told them about the phone not working, but the receptionist didn't appear interested, and just said they were busy. They made me an appointment, their earliest available date was 1 week later !

was good untill buttercross tookover, now all they are bothered about is making money. Tbh I'm surprised their negligence hasn't killed anyone, I've known 4 elderly people be sent the wrong prescription for heart medicines and 2 ended up up in icu and the surgeries attitude is that they have done nothing wrong. They were given a warning by the cqc in 2020 for putting "do not resuscitate" flags on all their autistic and downs patients records, it is my understanding that since Dec 2021 they have been under investigation for doing it again and further unstated breaches in the disability discrimination act 2010.
