Dr H Hollis - Billborough Medical Centre

Doctor's here seem to come and go every few months, so you can't build up a relationship with your Doctor as they keep changing. My doctor ignored all information and requests for medicines prescribed from my specialist doctor's and nurses at the QMC ,even after numerous phon3 calls between them.
On the whole I would say a totally unprofessional practice, who doesn't really care about the patient.

The main flaw about this whole doctor's surgery is when they tell you to call at 8am the next morning to book an appointment and they still don't have their called ready for most of the morning.

Can't get appointments reception staff are incompetent. I have changed surgeries and if I hadn't would be seriously ill. Avoid were ever possible

I feel sorry for the staff, who ever is running clearly could not care less about the patients. The phones are barely ever answered and the staff at reception have so little inbformation they rendered useless to most requests or enquiries. Iv just tryed to get a doctors appointment for anxiety and apparently there is no doctor to see me till January... It's beyond a joke. You had better hope you never need medical attention if you are registered at Bilborough Medical Centre

You cant get an appointment they dont call back when they say a doctor will call you canmake a complaint to managers
