Dr Manickam and partners formally Dr V K Singh. Always excellent service. We have never had to wait for appointments and all three Drs - Swarmy, Manickam and Singh have always provided great care and attention for me and my family. My daughter is 3 and has recurring tonsilitus and is always seen when needed and always has a thorough examination and appropriate adcice is given. The reception staff are always friendly and always happy to give advice. I would recommend this practice and no less than 5 stars are required.

Have been at this practice just under 1 year after feeling very disheartened at our previous drs where we had been for over 20 yrs from day one I have found both reception and drs go above and beyond for their patients even getting a phone call after recently suffering from a severe infection from kidney stones to see how I was definitely 5* from me

The worst service/help constantly given the run around reception think they are the doctor don't expect any patient confidentiality has all your health issues get asked in the same room has everyone is waiting in so wrong zero protocol

The doctors are fine and the nurse (Anne) is wonderful but talking to that newer receptionist is like banging your head against a brick wall. Absolutely zero customer service, very robotic and is not willing to be helpful one bit. Picks and chooses who she gives same day telephone apps to, its none of your business why I want to speak to the doctor-if I ring early enough its first come first serve! A&E is for emergencies. Just like talking to a brick wall.

These doctors are very good, not too keen on some receptionists that are on some days though.

I very rarely will contact the doctors but on both occasions that I have I have had issues. The first time being when my two month old daughter wasn’t taking their bottle properly and hadn’t been for a few days. I rang on a Monday and was told to call back on the Friday as they were due to have another doctor in. Disgusting. Then the most recent issue being today, I have been promised a called back this afternoon from the doctor with regards to my daughters skin as I explained it is keeping her awake and she is scratching so much it makes her bleed, well, low and behold, no call has been received and now I will have to wait over the weekend until Monday and probably sit trying to get through for 45 mins after they finally open the phone lines 10 mins after they should open. Not impressed at all.

Zero patient loyalty or care from the doctors here. Clearly, their loyalty is to the medication manufacturers because they get paid commission's to sell us prescriptions.
Not interested in looking for the root cause of your illness, they just want to get you in to the conveniently placed chemist next door to sell you a pill for your symptoms.
